Artist Registrations are now open for the 2006 Dunedin Fringe Festival which runs from 22 September - 8 October. 2006 Dunedin Fringe Festival is an open-access Festival seeking artists to register new and innovative art work for the Festival programme.The Fringe Festival is the ideal forum for artists who are passionate and committed to their work and want to showcase to a wider audience or tour an existing work to a well-attended and dynamic Festival.

The 2004 Festival featured over 80 events by artists from throughout New Zealand as well as international guests. Join us in bringing Dunedin to life like never before!

ARTIST GRANTS
Artists can apply for a funding grant as part of their registration with the 2006 Dunedin Fringe Festival. There are two types of grants:

NEW WORKS
These are for artists within the Otago region to develop new artistic work to premier at the Fringe Festival.

TRAVEL ASSISTANCE
These are to help artists from outside the Otago region to bring an existing work to the 2006 Fringe Festival.
