Many of you will have noticed that The Big Idea disappeared for a bit last week, and we know some of you will be wondering what happened.

At about 3pm on Wednesday September 5, our hosting provider rolled out some software upgrades that caused The Big Idea website to become unstable, and we had to take the site offline while we migrated to a new server overnight. We were able to bring the site back online by noon Thursday.

We experienced some issues with automated emails such as registration confirmations, and password resets not being delivered correctly. We apologise particularly to those were affected by this. This was fixed by Friday.

Now the website is running to full strength, we are concentrating on restoring the email bulletin.  Thank you for your patience.
