Wellington musicians are invited to become actively involved in the city's first Music Trade Show being held at the Michael Fowler Centre on Sunday 19th October & Monday 20th October.
The Music Trade Show is part of Wellington Music Week that runs from October 19th to 26th. Artists are being sought to perform in the foyer of the Michael Fowler Centre during these two days.

Performances will be half-hour acoustic or semi-acoustic sets. A backline will be provided.

There are 25 slots available over the two days.

"This is a great opportunity to be actively involved in launching the first ever Wellington Music Week," says trade show organiser, George Nepia. "Not only will you be performing to hundreds of people, but you will be contributing to a huge cultural event showcasing Wellington music."

To register your interest, email perform@midi.org.nz with your contact details and what day would suit you the best.

Wellington Music Week has been organised by MIDI (Music Industry Development Initiative), an industry-led and community inspired organisation committed to local music industry success and supported by the Wellington City Council.
