The search is now on for the 2007 group who will take centre stage at Air New Zealand Fashion Week in September.Selector and mentor, Verge design director, Ian Webster is already interviewing contenders for this year's line-up. He wants to find exciting and enterprising designers with great ideas but there's also a very crucial 'x' factor required.

"We want people who are business-ready and able to meet the demands of producing a range to market. It's not a graduate programme, it's a business programme."
