The rich musical traditions of China's Sichuan province meet the avant-garde Australian creators of Clocked Out. An innovative fusion of Chinese and Western sounds are seamlessly interwoven with street songs, jazz, opera and folk, to evoke the sounds and character of Chengdu's famous street, the Wide Alley. An extraordinary evening of cross-cultural collaboration that brings disappearing traditions back to life. Co-directed by Erik Griswold (piano) & Vanessa Tomlinson (percussion)
