Did Frida Kahlo used to giggle? You'd like to think she did, maybe while she was horsing around with Diego in the early days, or when she was painting in her eyebrows on those self-portraits. Seraphine Pick giggles, but it shouldn't be taken at face value. Can there be such a thing as a cerebral giggle? When Pick laughs - and she laughs a lot - it's as if her mind has already moved on, leaving the giggle as an echo of where she's been.
