Programme Summary
The Maori, Pacific and Indigenous Art programme encourages students to work within their cultural context and to explore other cultures; the practice of traditional and contemporary artistic techniques is developed, providing students with the opportunities to extend their knowledge and skills.

Entry Criteria
Applicants must show a willingness to learn and be 16 years of age or older upon enrolment. A portfolio containing visual evidence of creative practice will be an advantage.

Career Opportunities
Opportunities include pathways to becoming a self-employed artist with valuable knowledge of Maori, Pacific and Indigenous Arts. You can choose a career within design studios, arts and crafts industry, art administration or even as an Arts Tutor. The choice is yours.
