Fizz Factory, a new experimental short film shot at the Foxton Fizz Factory, will premiere in Wellington at Happy Bar and Venue this Thursday, December 14.

Starring Wellington actor Jeremy Randerson, the film takes place at the iconic and historic New Zealand factory, which the actor took over earlier in the year.Fizz Factory, a new experimental short film shot at the Foxton Fizz Factory, will premiere in Wellington at Happy Bar and Venue this Thursday, December 14.

Starring Wellington actor Jeremy Randerson, the film takes place at the iconic and historic New Zealand factory, which the actor took over earlier in the year.In a fast-paced dream montage-like sequence, Randerson struggles for order in a factory that is rapidly spinning out of control.

The movie also features an original soundtrack by Rowan Laing, including the saxophone of Jeff Henderson and excerpts of music by legendary German composer Hans Otte.

Written and directed by Ron Hanson and Mark Hanson, the film is the follow-up to their short film Watercooler, which was independently released with 4,000 giveaway DVDs in 2005.
