Ten young Kiwi actors discovered by NZ's first online theatre audition, OpenCall07 - are taking to the stage in January in a radical reinterpretation of Shakespeare's classic comedy The Taming of the Shrew.

All the boys love Bianca, and Kate is just one of the boys - until Petruchio comes along."Presented by ATC and New Zealand Post, Shrew'd stars Isla Adamson, Omar Al-Sobky, Luke Bird, Ben Cain, Julia Croft, Omer Gilroy, Robin Kerr, Sara Stone, Vasa Tasele, and Rudi Vodanovich.

Directed and adapted by Margaret-Mary Hollins, Shrew'd is knockout physical theatre.
