Her very first commercial collection "The Gentle Woman" has been chosen as one of the Top 10 in the Westpac Young Fashion Designers competition.
"The Gentle Woman" was initially inspired by the concept of gay marriage - more specifically a mens aesthetic placed on an event that is so innately female in design.
Watered down to create a commercial womenswear collection, Hermione Flynn explores a menswear influence with geometric shapes and colour blocking.
