The third annual Right On! exhibition opens on Friday 14 December at MARCO gallery|project space.

This year's theme is 'globalisation' and the exhibition features local graffiti artists Dan Tippett, Ouch! and RFS1 (SILENCE).The gallery is going to be bombed and sections will be auctioned off on the night to raise funds for the new Youth Arts Programme commencing January 2008 at MARCO Trust.

Stormin Norman will be on the decks along with Dan Tippett and the night is proudly supported by BaseFM, Victoria Bitter, Red Bull and Molotow spray paints.

The Totally Creative! Youth Arts Programme runs all year and provides an inspiring array of workshops and term programmes with a youth focus. The programme kicks off with a three-day workshop by Dan Tippett on Graffiti and Illustration. These workshops are inspiring and innovative. They encourage our young people to express themselves creatively, develop confidence and become passionate about the arts.

Over the year, our youth will have the opportunity to experience a variety of arts styles facilitated by practising artists. Workshops include; graffiti and illustration, songwriting and mc-ing, dj-ing and music production, fashion drawing and design development, printing, carving, expressive movement and mixed media.
