Congratulations to Richard Lewer on his most recent achievement: His Venetian blind work, Something so Wonderful, was a winner at the Norsewear Art Award. In the past six months, Richard has taken away prizes at four of the top Awards in the country including the WSA Art Award, the Wallace Art Award and The National Drawing Award. What a run!!!The Norsewear Art Award encompasses both 2D and 3D works, contributing substantial prize money to the winners of each category. Richard was a joint winner of the 2D section, sharing the $20,000 prize with Hawkes Bay artist,
Israel Birch.
