With a program as expansive as the state of Queensland itself, The Pacific Edge will feature a range of International and Australian art organizations providing delegates with performance, forums, debates, workshops, master classes and discussions on current issues.The creative minds of The Pacific Edge team have banded together to produce a diverse and dynamic program in response to the current priority issues recently identified in Regional Arts Australia's 2006 National Directions: Regional Arts publication. The program will provide delegates with an opportunity to exchange knowledge and personal experiences to overcome the current challenges and develop strategic meaningful solutions.

A unique mix of interests, background and skills of people gathered together will not only make The Pacific Edge an extremely memorable and significant event for regional arts but also will be the source of many colourful story opportunities. This conference is a must for all art enthusiasts!
