Come and join the opening night of New Zealand's largest Pacific Island celebration Pasifika Festival 2004. The opening formalities will be followed by an inspiring showcase of some of New Zealand's hottest Pacific Island talent. The opening is a special night time event where you can pack up some dinner and the family and enjoy a night of entertainment with the beautiful background of Western Springs Lake.

Pasifika Programme

Pasifika Festival does not have a rain date therefore will not be cancelled unless there are extreme weather conditions. The call on the weather will not be made until about 9am on Saturday 13 March.

In the event of wet weather, listen to Newstalk ZB, 531PI, Niu FM and Mai FM after 9.00am to find out whether the decision has been made to cancel the event.
