A new charitable arts trust was formed this month (May 2007) to set up and run a new civic art gallery in Waihi.
The new art gallery will be known as The Eric Lee-Johnson Art Gallery, and will promote existing and emerging New Zealand artists.
The Trust is looking for people to help with fund-raising and the conceptual creation of the new gallery. Interested parties should write to: Ohinemuri Arts Trust, PO Box 300, Waihi, Hauraki District.
