Over 100,000 people will have attended the 2015 New Zealand International Festival as the Auckland leg of the festival closes next Wednesday August 4. 2015 has seen high attendance across the board this season for both local and international titles. Due to popular demand and several sell-out screenings, festival organisers have added extra screenings, including The Wolfpack, Banksy Does New York, Ex Machina, Peggy Guggenheim: Art Addict, Iris and more.
“With three full days to go – and an extra three just added – we have already surpassed 100,000 admissions. The response to this year’s programme has been overwhelming – and we’re delighted that the digital technology allows us to respond to demand with added screenings of several of our biggest hits or most talked-about surprises.”
See below for the full list of extra screenings.
