The Agora Gallery in New York has invited four New Zealand artists to participate in the upcoming exhibition Out From Down Under & Beyond - Fine Art from Australia & New Zealand.The Agora Gallery in New York has invited four New Zealand artists to participate in the upcoming exhibition Out From Down Under & Beyond - Fine Art from Australia & New Zealand.Representing New Zealand with artworks variously described as stunning, joyfully exuberant, evocative and seamlessly flowing, the four artists - Sofia Minson, Murray Swan, Ngaire Dunn and Ira McCully - will show their pieces in the mid-Manhattan gallery in May this year. With busy careers ranging from full-time artist, restaurateur, to owning an organic baby business, the four are as diverse as their artistic creations.
Right in the heart of the gallery district, Agora has selected these individuals, along with eight Australian painters to show their works to the discerning New York art market in their annual exhibition.
