A new association of senior galleries has been established. The Association seeks to contribute to the visual arts in a way that enhances understanding of and support for the primary market while cultivating sound entrepreneurial ethics.
The Association also aims to foster an ever-strengthening national and international market for New Zealand art, as well as encouraging aNew Zealand awareness and market for international art.

NZCADA will work alongside artists, museums and scholars on issues of mutual concern and to work to represent the interests and advocacy of its members' agencies to government, non-government and private sectors including advising members, other organizations and government bodies on all matters concerning the visual arts.
