LITTLE JAB PICTURES (Karl Zohrab & Angela Littlejohn) Little Jab is looking for original New Zealand stories, with a strong focus on narrative and storytelling. We will fund three short films, with individual budgets in the range of $70,000. The ambition will be to shoot and deliver on 35mm. Applications will first be considered on submission of a script and completed application form. Scripts must have a producer attached at initial submission stage. Application forms and information on how to find a suitable producer can be found on our website.

METHOD FILMS (Matthew Metcalfe and Jesse Warn) Method Films will be seeking projects with strong narrative story lines, based upon original and creative ideas. Method Films believes strongly in the benefits and necessity of strong director/producer teams that are committed to a feature film career. The producer and director will preferably have a body of work that includes at least one significant short film and/or considerable work in a field such as television drama or advertising. Method Films will fund three short films with approximate budgets of $70,000 each.

PICKPOCKET FILMS is committed to developing and strengthening writer/director/producer teams by working collaboratively through all stages of production. In keeping with developing teams, all submissions are required to have a producer and director attached (guidelines on how to find a producer are available on the website). PICKPOCKET FILMS aims to identify the specific needs of each project, and ensure these needs are met through access to appropriate mentoring. PICKPOCKET FILMS is seeking to fund three short films with budgets of around $70,000 to finish on 35mm.
