Richard Taylor, design and effects supervisor and co-director of the Weta companies, takes a look at the innovation, enthusiasm, passion and drive that have been pre-requisites in the creative collaborators who have joined him on his journey over the last 17 years. Richard will discuss how talent comes very secondary to the qualities of good character and unabashed enthusiasm when putting together a team that can achieve the seemingly impossible.
