One of the biggest challenges facing many creative people is simply finding the time to pursue their creative interests, in the midst of the demands of everyday life. When we say we “don’t have time” for something, it’s often an indication that we aren’t making it a priority.
While our 9-5 jobs can be quite creative, we can still struggle to find time to be creative outside of work hours, and do what we consider to be our first and favourite creative pursuit.
When we get home there is always something else to do – housework, seeing friends, spending time with our partners, catching up on the news etc. Or else we're “too tired”.
