This paper provides background information to support Creative New Zealand’s consultation on the key role for theatre in Wellington, funded through the Toi Totara Haemata (Arts Leadership) Investment programme. The responses to this paper and questionnaire will inform the tender documents developed for the key role which will be tendered in 2013.
