Head looks in a comedic way at how we make the small and everyday things in life huge and important; whilst the more meaningful experiences are forced to exist on the edges of our lives.
Head is an opportunity to be silly and ridiculous, the theatrical equivalent to looking at yourself naked in the mirror; it's both funny and a little sad.
Head is a multi-media theatrical collaboration between Carl Bland, Peta Rutter, Chris Jannides (Nightsong Productions) and Ben Crowder (Theatre Stampede).

"In a world dominated by commercial imperatives, it's exhilarating to see work of such freshness and wit." - (Sofa Stories, NZ Herald).
Nightsong Productions' work includes: Sofa Stories, The Bed Show and The House of Doors and Camels.
"This show proves that theatre is a place of entertainment and wonder."- (The Young Baron, NZ Listener). Theatre Stampede's devised shows include: The Young Baron, Blossom and The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.
Nightsong Productions and Theatre Stampede both hail from Auckland.Season: Friday 11 - Sat 26 November (no show Sun/Mon)
