Stephen Richardson is a freelance photographer, writer, artist and graphic designer about town. In 2005 he established Richard...son t-shirt design company and store, bringing to Auckland his international influences extracted from extended periods spent living in London, NYC, Milan and Paris. He loves Swatch watches and Fiat Pandas. For his debut at The Digital Darkroom Gallery Richard - son brings his contemporary designs to limited edition print.
Weston Frizzell
Since 1999 the Weston Frizzell partnership of graffiti artist and TV celebrity Otis Frizzell with producer, manager and art dealer Mike Weston, has evolved into a full blown painting collaboration. After the success of their 2007 Handsome Prints series they have created a new body of work for 2008 debuting at this show.
Mike Davison
Mike is the head of art at DDB New Zealand and has been a graphic designer for 20 years. He has shown work at the Riviera Gallery Brooklyn, New York and the Sideroom Gallery in Kingsland. He has been a part of the print show 'Yo! What Happened To Peace?' for the last 5 years which has shown in major cities in the US, Asia and Europe. Davison's current work around cultural and spiritual identity and osmosis has been influenced by the raw street art and racial minority status he held while in Chinatown, New York.
