SeaStarr Management is offering a workshop on governance. Run by Carol Searle- Carol draws on years of experience for this workshop. She has both been on boards and works to boards. She also has many years of experience managing large numbers of staff, complicated organisations and large financial budgets.
The Governance Workshop will cover:

- What does Management Mean?
- Legal Responsibilities.
- The skills and expertise you need.
This workshop is particularly useful for Boards of Trustees, Boards of Directors, and those in a governance role.
