In celebration of the opening of The Auckland Performing Arts Centre (in fact of its very existence) we are inviting you and your organisation to be part of a weekend of performing arts activity in the new studios.
Through this event we wish to welcome the public to TAPAC and to give them a sense of ownership of this new dedicated performing arts facility. We also want to welcome you - and support you in your work.

By booking a space at TAPAC on Saturday 5 or Sunday 6 July you will have the opportunity to enjoy working for free in these stunning new spaces. The added benefit is that you can market your activity to the public as they wander through each space - having access to
your choice of rehearsal, workshop, film, master class, forum, play reading - or whatever you choose.

There is not a lot of time to plan, but if you think
of this simply as chance for people to view first hand your "process" then there is little to be done.
Just book in a time by completing and returning the attached form - arrive on the day with your bodies and as much of your publicity material as you can squeeze into the boot of your car.

We will have volunteers on hand to help you set up and you can have access to sound systems and VCR if required - it couldn't be easier - and what better way for us all to move forward in the understanding that TAPAC was created for you too! We hope you will be able to make use of it in the years to come.

To fill out the forms you must contact The Auckland Performing Arts Centre. The forms must be in by 9 June at the latest - any questions? Hmm - could be hard to track me down but try 845 0290.
