An iconic musician, television presenter, clothing designer and hip-hop legend come together on 31 August to showcase Maori success at the AUT Maori Expo. This one-day free event includes live music from Che Fu (left) and PNC (right) and fashion from ABC designer Chey Ataria (front). Performing on the main stage are Che Fu and the Krates, PNC, Nesian Mystik, Spacifix, Ill Semantics, Ruia Aperahama and dance troupe DZIAH.
Designer Chey Ataria's ABC range is on the catwalk with urban street designs from AUT graduates and students.
Wynton Rufer will appear with former league player Tawera Nikau and ex-Kiwi and Warriors captain Dean Bell to debate Maori athletes and performance.

Debates: A panel of iwi leaders discuss how their tribes will face the challenges of sustainability - and representatives from all the major parties debate tertiary education.
Education Exhibition: Tertiary education institutes, community and business organisations provide career planning advice and information.
Kapa Haka: Tamaki Makaurau's top secondary school kapa haka teams from the 2007 Polyfest will also perform, battling it out on stage for an overall winner's trophy.
