Drifting Clouds International Short Film Festival is now open to entries for it's fourth outdoorfestival to be held at Wellington's Botanical Gardens on Friday, February 28th 2003.

Drifting Clouds International Short Film Festival is now open to entries for it's fourth outdoorfestival to be held at Wellington's Botanical Gardens on Friday, February 28th 2003.
Over $20,000 dollars worth of prizes is up for grabs to the winner of Best New Zealand Film.

The festival will also be offering the inaugural "Golden Dragon Award" for Best International Film.

Entries must be no longer than 15 minutes (film or video)

Entries close on November 10th.

Finalists will be announced mid/end of November.

Winners of nine categories will be announced at the Drifting Clouds Filmmaker Awards on March 1st 2003. (Venue to be announced)

Judges include Michael Seresin acclaimed director/cinematographer(Angela's Ashes, Birdy, The Life of David Gale, Mercury Rising, Domestic Disturbance) and Patron of Drifting Clouds International Short Film Festival, Rowena Hawea Harvey Director/Founder of Drifting Clouds, Famous British Director Sir Alan Parker(Midnight Express, Angel-Heart, Anglea's Ashes) and Mexican director Alfonso Cuaron (The Princess,Great Expectations,and recent arthouse
