Auckland City Council is asking for feedback on its draft Street Performance Policy, which aims to encourage diverse, high-quality street performance and identifies suitable locations for particular activities. A word of warning for one-trick ponies: the policy's code of conduct asks that street performers have "sufficient repertoire to fill the length of time they chose to be on the pitch without repetition of items. If a performer continues to repeat items they may be asked to cease performing."
