Odette is a madcap trendsetter whose grip on reality must have faded each time she turned on the TV. She's convincing as a victim of horrific sexual abuse, but really takes the Oscar for her role as an anorexic survivor. Her sarcastic friend Kate's desperate to be thin, and goes on the defensive when Odette starts vomiting and dieting compulsively, convinced she is trying to compete with her. Kate's willing to use counselling cliches to lull people into feeling so contented with themselves that they gain weight. But she still considers herself a good friend, good enough to shout her pals a round of Burger King.
Ballet trained but tuneless Reda wants to escape her broken home, but singing and dancing in the school show's impossible, as it's a suicide-themed teen psychodrama. Her slowly worsening obsession with food goes unnoticed, and she slips into the ever widening rift between her two best friends.

Tickets are $5 for students, $10 for adults. The show starts at 7.30 pm
