Designworks is giving back to staff, clients and the public by turning its studio into an art gallery.
From 20 February the design and branding company's Wellington studio will play host to the work of top international photographer Desiree Dolron.
Dutch-born Dolron, whose work is in public and private collections including the Guggenheim in New York and London's Victoria and Albert Museum, is acclaimed for the brilliance and technical mastery of her work.Designworks is giving back to staff, clients and the public by turning its studio into an art gallery.

Dutch-born Dolron, whose work is in public and private collections including the Guggenheim in New York and London's Victoria and Albert Museum, is acclaimed for the brilliance and technical mastery of her work.Te Di Todos Mis Suenos (I Give You All My Dreams), the exhibition on show at designworks, was created during four months spent in deprived areas of Cuba.
International critics have hailed her "Vermeer like" use of colour and the way she reveals a world of beauty in unlikely locations from back street to shabby kitchen.
The exhibition has been loaned to designworks by Newtown based gallery, Suite.
designworks Managing Director Sven Baker said the exhibition was part of the company's wider corporate social responsibility programme, making high quality art easily accessible on an everyday basis for staff, clients, suppliers and other art lovers. designworks' other sponsorships programmes include TheNewDowse, The Michael Hirschfeld Gallery, Zealandia and The Sir Peter Blake Trust.
designworks, which has studios in Wellington, Auckland and Sydney, focuses on raising the competitiveness of downunder businesses internationally through the establishment or reinvention of their brands.
Clients have ranged from Tui to Air New Zealand, L&P, Monteiths and AMI, with the focus on creating inspiring experiences that translate into consumer preference.

The exhibition is the second hosted by designworks and follows a show of acclaimed Kiwi artist Paul Hartigan's work.
Desiree Dolron's work has been brought to New Zealand by Suite gallery owner David Alsop who met Dolron while living in Amsterdam.
