In 1974, you accompanied the NZSO on its first overseas tour. Is there a nice symmetry to reuniting with the orchestra in August?
Dame Kiri: There's not too much symmetry about it, because it's been years. This is only their second trip and I still happen to be alive, I suppose. It may be a blessing.
