But now many experienced comedians, talent agents and financiers are seeing the web as a way to showcase talent while trying to turn a profit. The Landlord took 45 minutes to shoot and cost next to nothing to produce. The stars? A 2-year-old called Pearl, and Will Ferrell of Anchorman and Blades of Glory fame.
