The BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Foundation has announced The BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Prize 2003 - the world's biggest annual glass design award with a prize fund of £20,000. £15,000 will be awarded to one overall winner and two runners-up will each receive £2,500.
