Live performance artists Melissa Durbin and Jules Turner are stepping out of the ordinary on March 17th from 6pm til 8pm to perform in this playful and surprising Art exhibition at Gallery 3, 39 Symonds Street. You know the kind, the thoughts that pop into your mind when you're in a meeting, the sort we usually ignore - but not tonight!!!

Live performance artists Melissa Durbin and Jules Turner are stepping out of the ordinary on March 17th from 6pm til 8pm to perform in this playful and surprising Art exhibition at Gallery 3, 39 Symonds Street. There will be delectable delights to tempt your taste buds if you dare to take the risk as Melissa Durbin cooks up a storm with her culinary delights that are not what they seem. Methods of seduction using food as a vehicle and satiety as the need will be explored and the audience will be encouraged to participate.

Eye candy will be provided by Jules Turner as she offers her skin for the audience to use as a writing surface. Watch out! Turner will also be hurling herself into a physical frenzy throughout the evening. You will experience a body actively pushing its physical capabilities to its limit, stretching the boundaries of conventions and actively chasing desire to fulfillment.

Gallery 3 will be a whirl of activity, sights, smells, sounds and textures. Expect to leave with a lot more than just food for thought.
