Unitec is hosting a special event headed by Aidan Lang, Director of the NBR New Zealand Opera, who will explore what exactly is the business of the creative industries.
As Unitec launches its exciting new Faculty of Creative Industries and Business, Lang helps us understand how business is essential for the performing arts, design, communication and other creative industries.
Lang is a true 'arts entrepreneur' and will present a few cuts of the business legends of opera.
The event will be held at the Red Lecture Theatre, Building 180, Room B001 at Unitec’s Mt Albert Campus (Gate 4), Carrington Road, Mt Albert on Thursday, 25 June, 2009.
The free event starts at 6pm (please be there at 5.30pm) with drinks and nibbles served at 7pm.
