We have the cash and all you need is a great idea and half an hour for a coffee and chat.

The STAB commissioning process begins informally with 'expressions of interest' being lodged with BATS, including filling out a one-page form. BATS holds informal interviews with all those people who have submitted their interest. A small number of groups are then selected to further develop their STAB concept.

The total commissioning amount for 2004 is $60,000. Two or more groups will be commissioned to produce their STAB project between 18 October - 27 November 2004.
